Review:

Like a little brother of Immolation, but more clearly influenced by black metal, the Dublin based Primal Dawn offers a CD with nine tracks of black/death metal to mosh to. The sounds are enjoyably dirty and harsh which gives the album a nice chaotic feel. The vocals are also good and powerful which is kind of important in music like this. The songs in turn are well composed and there is a point behind the lyrics. I’m sure they’re tight enough to rock the wax off your ears.
