A real find for fans of musical sonorities that lie somewhere between Ministry, Neurosis and Godflesh ! This third album from Industrial noisemakers Infection Code underlines the experimental and obscure nature of the band, thanks in no small part to the mastering of Billy Anderson ( Neurosis / Eyehategod ) in his Lowered Studios in San Francisco. The sonorities and the atmospheres of "Intimacy" are loosely close to the synthetic sound of the early MINISTRY era, the dissonant schizophrenia of TODAY IS THE DAY, the claustrophobic obscurity of NEUROSIS and the post hardcore drifts of acts such as GODFLESH and ISIS. The album also features a remarkable cover-version of the song "Heart Shaped Box" ( NIRVANA ).
