Biography:

BENEFACTOR DECEASE were formed in February 2007 by Zissis (ex-betrayer/ex-crucifier/lead rythm guitar), Andrew(drums), and Hara(vocals) and without having a bass player the band started to write songs.

The concept of having a woman in a thrash band was an idea of Andrew and it was risky for the greek standards, but Hara did her best and succeeded to become the female version of Chuck Schuldiner! (I have to say that she was influenced from DEATH). Five months later Apollo (NECROSHINE/Ex-Hate/Ex-Braindead/Ex-Crucifier,e.t.c.) took over the bass and even though he was the youngest, he managed to make a difference not only to the band but also to the underground scene of THRASH. With this composition, the band started live shows, with one of them being their participation in WACKEN BATTLE 2008 at AN CLUB.

In July 2007 the band recorded their first EP - "MASSIVE SPREAD OF DEATH" IN 111 STUDIOS ARNIOTIS (Kostas+Aggelos Arniotis), which lasts 25 minutes. Unfortunately Hara had to leave the band for personal reasons and Xanthi took charge of the vocals! After that change, the first official release came for the band by ANGER OF METAL RECORDS (GERMANY)-LP and SATANIC RECORDS (MEXICO)-CD, with both of them selling 1500 copies. The EP was characterized as an unmanufactured 80's thrash! The art-work was created by Alice in Hell because Alex "Pollonos" Tsigklier was too busy with his work. The band decided it was time to get a new member for the second guitar and Billy-Bo (Ex-Wrecking Havok/Ex-Fraust) came in order to give some bulkiness.

The band, with new composition, started once again live shows, some of them with GRIM REAPER, EX-UMER, ONSLAUGHT, NECRONOMICON, and others with really great underground greek bands. Finally, Xanthi had to leave her place in the band because of family and financial reasons and Hara did her come-back to the band and in September 2009 Billy Bo left the band too and was replaced by Dimitri "Abba" Ampatzidi (Ex-betrayer) as the leader guitar, who also left the band for personal reasons along with some other members!!! Once again with new members the band releases a split (for 500 copies) with a serb band called Nadimac by INFERNAL KAOS RECORDS (KOREA).

Their first full-length album is already being recorded in PARAFILIAK STUDIOS (ATHENS) by Zissis and Apollo, with the title "Fallen Nation", the artwork is created by Alex " Pollono" Tsigklier and will be ready by February 2010.
